Just a reminder - we have a meeting at 6:30 tonight. Sean McCarthy will be joining us - he chaired the playground committee at the Burke School.

_On February 16  The Higgins Spelling Bee will be at the North Shore Mall

F.o.t.W.S.P. will have a table and collect donations for the playground!

We plan to have our 'pennies for the playground' jugs, but...  Need a few volunteers to run the table... and it would be nicely effective if you could have your kids there with you, so that people would DIRECTLY see the kids they'd be helping by contributing.

The Playground night at Kelly's was a great success.  Thank you to all who attended. 

Also, remember that  we will have a playground meeting on Monday, January 23rd at 6:30 pm in the library.

Please let Ms. Rozanky know if you plan to come, so we are sure we have enough refreshments!

The next meeting of the Friends of the Welch School Playground will be @ 6:30pm, at the school, on Monday January 23.

Just a (overdue!) reminder that Tuesday, January 10, starting at 5pm, Kelly's Roast Beef will be having a fundraiser for our playground fund.  More details to follow, but please (if you can) plan a night out with the family to eat some delicious food and get us one step closer to having a nice playground for the Welch School.
